Job summary
CareTracker, a Harris division, is seeking a Remote Director of Support Services to lead the Client Support organization, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving scalable operations for healthcare technology.
You will partner with Product, Engineering and Executive Leadership to translate customer feedback into product improvements, manage budgets, and develop future leaders, all while maintaining compliance and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership in Client/Technical Support.
- Healthcare technology experience with EMR/EHR knowledge.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS support organizations.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting.
- Executive communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience guiding AI, automation, and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Client Support organization.
- Oversee people, processes, technology, and performance.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and exec leadership.
- Drive automation and knowledge management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
