HealthCare Information Management, Inc. (HCIM) is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery & Support to own end-to-end delivery, setup, and ongoing support of product offerings. The role leads a three-person team, drives predictable operations, and partners with Sales before engagements.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in technical delivery for enterprise B2B SaaS, healthcare experience, and strong SQL/automation fluency. Remote, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical delivery in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Healthcare payer/provider experience preferred.
• Strong SQL fluency; experience with automation tooling is a plus.
• End-to-end implementations and client go-lives ownership.
• Ability to operate from a home-based office with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for every client after signature, including setup, expansion, and ongoing support.
• Lead, manage, and develop a three-person delivery, automation engineering, and support team.
• Run the team's operating cadence and make status visible without manual chasing.
• Partner with Sales before contract signings and ensure clean handoffs.
• Own production stability, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with client leadership and advise on sequencing and design.
