Job summary

HealthCare Information Management, Inc. (HCIM) seeks a Senior Director, Delivery & Support to own implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of HCIM's product offerings.

This leader builds scalable operations, designs repeatable processes, and ensures priority alignment across new implementations, client requests, and support. You will coach a three-person team, manage status cadence, partner with Sales pre-signature, own production stability, and maintain executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical delivery or related leadership within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience in payer/provider contexts.
• Technical fluency to scope work and engage with engineers; SQL preferred.
• Experience owning end-to-end implementations and client go-lives.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer/provider workflows and claims processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-facing experience.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for every client after signature, standing up product offerings and ongoing support.
• Lead, manage, and develop a three-person delivery, automation engineering, and support team.
• Run the team's operating cadence and make status visible without manual chasing.
• Partner with Sales before contract signing to ensure clean handoffs.
• Own production stability and operational excellence: incident response and RCA.
• Maintain executive relationships with client leadership.
• Advise clients using patterns from dozens of implementations to guide sequencing and design.
• Balance hands-on work with orchestration and durable structure.
• Carry client insights back into Sales, Engineering, and Product for recurring requests.
