Job summary

Valar Atomics in the United States seeks a Senior leader to own strategy and governance of supply chain systems, driving ERP/MRP, WMS, and TMS implementations to enable NPI and scale.

You will guide cross-functional teams with engineering, manufacturing, and IT, build a lean team, define data governance, and ensure compliance and continuity in a highly regulated industry. Equity, unlimited PTO, onsite meals, PPE stipend, and rapid career growth await.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Informationsystems or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
• 5 years in people leadership roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record building and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Establish and enforce data governance across supply chain data.
• Lead cross-functional system implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Drive change management for new systems and processes.
