Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a senior supply chain leader in California to design, implement, and scale end-to-end processes across Source–Buy–Deliver, supporting NPIs and ramp-ups. You will own KPIs, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive audits readiness in a fast-growth manufacturing environment.

The role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to contribute to scalable energy technology from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional process implementations and audits.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve supply chain processes to scale through NPI, ramp-up, and growth phases.
• Translate supply chain strategy and systems architecture into day-to-day operational processes, controls, and tools.
• Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are scalable, compliant, and adopted across the organization.
• Own performance tracking and reporting for supply chain processes, driving cross-functional continuous improvement based on data.
• Ensure supply chain documentation and processes are audit-ready, leading preparation for internal and external audits.
