Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to own end-to-end execution for a product portfolio, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost delivery. You will bridge Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality to align requirements and priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in supply chain roles within fast-growth, highly regulated settings, with ERP experience and a data-driven problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
• Proven track record managing suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience operating in an ERP-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio. Drive on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery to point of use.
• Act as the cross-functional glue between Engineering, Program, Manufacturing, and Quality, aligning Supply chain requirements, execution, and priorities.
• Drive supplier performance and risk management. Proactively identifying risks, leading mitigation plans, and managing recovery when things go off track.
• Bring deep supply chain expertise to a fast-growth, highly regulated environment, balancing technical rigor with strong cross-functional leadership.
