Job summary

Valar Atomics is redefining energy by scaling clean, high-temperature nuclear power. This role leads the strategy, architecture, governance, and integration of supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS) to support NPIs, scale, and growth in a highly regulated environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and IT, build a lean team, and drive data governance, controls, and real-time reporting to enable rapid, compliant deployment of transformative energy technologies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
• 5+ years in people leadership roles with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP expertise in highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Establish data governance frameworks for accuracy, integrity, and access controls across data.
• Design and lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and IT.
• Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and improve supply chain tools and reporting.
• Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts and ensure business continuity.
• Define and track reporting standards to give leadership real-time visibility into supply chain execution.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations from requirements through deployment.

The Team

As part of the Manufacturing organization, Supply Chain secures the materials, equipment, and supplier partnerships required to support manufacturing and business operations. The team builds resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance.

The Role

• Own the strategy, architecture,governanceand integrationof Valar's supply chain systems (ERP, MRP,WMS,TMS, ...)to supportNPI,scaleand growthphases.
• Define and enforce data governance standards(Item master, BOM, supplier records)ensuring accuracy, compliance, and auditability across the supply chain.
• Partner cross-functionallywith Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes.
• Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain tools, controls, and reporting.
• Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts, ensuring adoption and business continuity.

• Proactivelyidentifysystems and data risks, and leadmitigationsplans.

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Informationsystemsor related field.
• 15+ years of experience inSupply chain systems,ERP/MRP implementationand integration.
• 5 years in People Leadership roles.
• Deep, hands-onexpertisewith ERP/MRP systems in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proventrack recordbuilding and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks in highly regulatedenvironment.
• Strongtrack recordleading cross-functional system implementation and driving adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical,business,and operations teams.
