Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
15+ years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS) to support NPI, scale and growth.
Define and enforce data governance frameworks across the supply chain for accuracy and auditability.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems.
Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain tools, controls, and reporting.
Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts, ensuring adoption and business continuity.
