Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS) to support NPI, scale and growth.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks across the supply chain for accuracy and auditability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems.
• Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain tools, controls, and reporting.
• Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts, ensuring adoption and business continuity.
