Job summary

AT&T Mobility is seeking a senior supply chain leader in Fort Worth, TX to oversee end-to-end planning, logistics, and inventory management across multiple facilities and teams.

You will drive product launches, optimize distribution, and lead data-driven improvements using AI, automation, and robotics, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver exceptional service and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain, fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, or operations.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site operations.
• Strong financial and operational leadership capabilities.
• Experience with third-party logistics and supplier relationships.
• Ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using data tools to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Track record of transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, logistics, and supply management for major orders.
• Lead end-to-end customer order fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Manage inventory strategy, forecasting, purchasing, and materials management.
• Lead product launch readiness and execution for major device introductions.
• Drive strategic projects for inventory optimization and distribution enhancement.
• Manage warehousing, transportation, and supplier relationships, including 3PL.
• Leverage data tools and AI to evolve supply chain processes.
• Partner across functions to improve operational excellence and costs.
