Job summary

AT&T Mobility is seeking a senior supply chain leader in Fort Worth, TX to oversee end-to-end planning, logistics, and inventory management across multiple facilities and teams.

You will drive product launches, optimize distribution, and lead data-driven improvements using AI, automation, and robotics, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver exceptional service and cost optimization.

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning, logistics, and supply management for AT&T mobility and broadband customer orders
• Lead end-to-end customer order fulfillment and logistics operations
• Manage inventory strategy, control, accuracy, asset protection, forecasting, purchasing, inventory planning, and materials management
• Lead product launch readiness and execution for major device introductions
• Drive strategic projects for inventory optimization and distribution enhancement
• Manage warehousing, transportation, supplier performance, third-party logistics, and supplier relationships
• Design, develop, and implement supply chain planning and fulfillment strategies
• Drive operational excellence, customer experience, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care
• Manage large teams across multiple facilities, including hiring, personnel development, mentoring, and employee decisions
• Leverage advanced data tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and robotics to evolve supply chain processes
• Mitigate financial, sustainability, and compliance risks and ensure regulatory adherence

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading supply chain, fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, transportation, or operations
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site operations
• Strong financial, inventory, and operational leadership capabilities
• Experience managing third-party logistics and supplier relationships
