Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to develop, implement, and monitor processes optimizing the supply chain and materials for the Business Unit. Lead the team interfacing with strategic suppliers to improve inventory velocity and product costing.

The role requires extensive experience in MRP planning, strategic purchasing, inventory management, and strong P&L acumen, with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business.
• Minimum 10 years Supply Chain/Materials Management experience.
• MRP planning, strategic & tactical purchasing, inventory management, and P&L acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor Planning, Procurement, and Materials professionals.
• Manage Demand Management and Planning processes for the business unit.
• Implement best practices in supply chain and inventory management to drive cost down and improve inventory performance.
• Report and drive key Supply Chain metrics.
• Develop and sustain relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers.
