Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Buyer 1 to support production and business-unit procurement, coordinating with BU Planning and Supply Chain leadership. You will manage POs, ERP data, and supplier performance to ensure material continuity and cost control. Work with regional teams, drive cost reductions, and participate in PFEP/VMI changes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year in supply chain, and strong English communication. This is a full-time on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, Inventory or Purchasing Management.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain.
• Proficient English business communications, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and site teams to support customer material needs.
• Send POA reports to suppliers and manage PO Actions weekly.
• Generate and manage ERP purchase orders for production and new product launches.
• Monitor PO status and communicate to the Customer Focus Team.
• Maintain parts in ERP with supplier, MPN, MOQ/MPQ, lead time, NCNR.
• Work with Materials Planner to price approvals, NCNR, premium freight.
• Source for material shortages to reduce delivery impact.
• Manage MRB items related to quality, receiving issues, ECO, and NCR.
• Drive cost reduction and supplier negotiations.
