DSJ Global is seeking a transformational Director of Supply Chain to lead and elevate supply chain performance across a complex manufacturing network. This hands-on leader will drive improvements in planning, on-time delivery, inventory performance, and overall supply chain execution.

You will lead end-to-end operations, enhance demand and supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization while partnering with manufacturing, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Proven track record improving OTD, planning and inventory management.
• Experience leading organizational change and measurable improvements.
• Strong background in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, logistics, inventory management and customer fulfillment.
• Drive sustainable improvements in On-Time Delivery and customer service performance.
• Enhance demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy and execution.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing service levels with working capital.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align performance with goals.
• Lead supply chain transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Build and mentor high-performing supply chain teams.
• Establish KPIs, reporting and performance management to improve visibility and accountability.

This individual will serve as a key change leader, driving improvements in planning, on-time delivery, inventory performance, and overall supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, inventory management, and customer fulfillment.
• Drive sustainable improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD/OTIF) and customer service performance.
• Enhance demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy and operational execution.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies while balancing service levels and working capital objectives.
• Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align supply chain performance with business goals.
• Lead supply chain transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing supply chain teams.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and performance management processes to improve visibility and accountability.
