Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Director, Supplier Relations APAC to execute supply strategy and lead regional vendor partnerships, translating connectivity strategy into operational execution.

This role guides a multi-country APAC team, negotiates with carriers, aggregators, and OTT suppliers, and collaborates with Sales, Product, and Operations to balance capacity with demand while fostering a remote-first, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in telecommunications or CPaaS with 3 years in leadership.
• Deep understanding of APAC telecom ecosystems and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and an additional APAC language is desired.
