Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction, preferably within civil or electrical disciplines, in heavy industrial or large-scale EPC environments.
• Experience managing subcontracts, including MSAs and project-level agreements.
• Experience managing subcontractor field performance, change orders, claims, and disputes on active construction projects.
• Proven experience leading, developing, and managing a high-performing team.
• Experience developing preferred-partner or strategic sourcing programs with construction subcontractors.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs.

• Lead the Subcontracts Strategy by establishing vision, strategy, and priorities for the function.
• Build and lead a high-performing Subcontracts team with clear roles and growth plans.
• Develop strategic subcontractor partnerships and preferred networks for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Lead subcontractor selection and contracting, including MSAs and project-level agreements.
• Apply construction expertise to define scope, methods, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Drive subcontractor performance and accountability across EHS, quality, schedule, cost, and change orders.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting to guide continuous improvement.
