Job summary

Millikin University seeks a Director of Student Success to provide strategic leadership for academic advising, retention initiatives, and student support services from enrollment through graduation. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field is required.
• Three years of leadership experience in higher education is required.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience is required.
• Experience leading advising, academic support, and retention programs is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Student Success Center, including accessibility services, advising, bridge programs, and tutoring.
• Manage departmental budgets, assessment activities, policies, procedures, and reporting.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and assess programs that support student success and retention.
• Provide leadership for accessibility services ensuring ADA and related compliance.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote equitable access to programs and services.
