Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating grant-funded programs and student success initiatives.
• Budget management and regulatory compliance experience.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across campus with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Title III project.
• Manage project budgets, assessment activities, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with recruiting and supporting Title III personnel and student employees.
• Track project goals and performance indicators to ensure grant outcomes.
• Coordinate communications and maintain the Title III Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Collaborate with the External Evaluator to support project improvement.
• Provide student success coaching to undergraduates at risk of attrition.
• Represent the Title III project with university leaders and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with campus partners to advance retention and completion initiatives.
• Serve on committees and perform duties to support Title III implementation.
