This senior role reports to the Dean and translates the college’s strategy into a comprehensive student success plan, implemented with rigor and institutional support.

The Director will lead a growing team, foster faculty partnerships, and build a high-impact program aligning student development with academic and career outcomes while expanding donor and partner

Qualifikationen

• An earned master’s degree.
• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, talent development, or career development.
• Demonstrated experience designing or delivering programs that directly support student success, development, retention, or career readiness.
• Demonstrated experience supervising professional staff and managing operating budgets.
• Demonstrated experience using data to inform programming decisions and evaluate outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with college leadership to implement the strategic vision for the Center’s next phase, developing a sequenced, evidence-grounded action plan and leading its execution.
• Operational Management: Provide direct supervision to the Center’s professional staff and exercise budget authority across funding sources.
• Student Success: Oversee and develop Center initiatives connecting academic and career outcomes to student development.
• Faculty and Institutional Engagement: Build relationships with faculty to align student development with curricular and research initiatives.
• Community Outreach and Philanthropic Partnership: Partner with donors and external partners to expand internship, job placement, and network opportunities.
