This leadership role partners with academic and administrative stakeholders to ensure compliant financial operations, tuition billing, financial aid disbursement, and budgeting with a focus on transparency and student financial wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of higher education finance experience.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner AR for tuition and fee assessment.
• Ability to configure and manage student financial systems and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, receivables, and tuition collections for student accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections totaling over $1.4 billion.
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, policy development, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative partners to enhance financial processes and wellness.
