Job summary

Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) seeks a Director, Office of Student Conduct and Professionalism to lead the student conduct process with fairness and integrity. You will oversee investigations, case evaluation, and hearings, coordinating referrals and documentation throughout the lifecycle of each conduct matter on California campuses.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in higher education and FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in student conduct or closely related field.
• Experience with student conduct, student affairs, conflict resolution, or interpreting university policies.
• Experience designing and presenting educational/training workshops.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the University student conduct process including fact-finding, case evaluation, and hearings.
• Coordinate referrals, notices, and documentation for conduct proceedings.
• Greet, prepare, and manage hearing panels and training for panel members.
• Maintain confidential student conduct records and FERPA compliance.
• Collaborate with colleges and departments to promote student well-being and professionalism.
