Qualifications

• Experience with student conduct at the collegiate level or similar settings.
• Familiarity with regulations such as FERPA, Clery, Title IX and related policies.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate programs, and convey implications clearly.
• Strong writing skills for business communications and procedural materials.
• Experience designing training programs for staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Administer department-wide functions for the Central Office and fifteen housing units, coordinating investigations, hearings, and case resolution.
• Provide training and education to staff and students; serve as liaison on conduct matters to other units.
• Assess and update policies and procedures based on expertise and input from others.
