As the Director, Student-Athlete Development and Alumni Relations, you will provide leadership and oversight for Student-Athlete Development programs that support the personal, professional, and career growth of student-athletes. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Academics & Student-Athlete Development, you will lead strategic planning efforts, assess program effectiveness, oversee career readiness initiatives, and supervise Student-Athlete Development staff.
You will also serve as the primary administrator for Alumni Relations, including the Gray W Varsity Club, while building and maintaining partnerships with alumni, employers, and campus stakeholders. Through these relationships and initiatives, you will help expand opportunities and resources that support the continued success of current and former student-athletes.
This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
$4,061.90 - $5,000 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
