Job summary

Brown University seeks a Director of Student Accessibility Services to lead a busy, campus-wide accessibility program. You will guide policy, oversee data management modernization, and partner with faculty and staff to ensure compliant, equitable student experiences across undergraduate, graduate, and medical programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of the ADA/Section 504, extensive supervisory experience, and a focus on data-driven process improvement within a vibrant, diverse university

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of supervisory and management experience.
• 5+ years working with postsecondary students with disabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Section 504, ADA and related laws.
• Experience with disability data collection, reporting and databases.
• Ability to translate regulations into university protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a broadly collaborative department serving 10k+ students.
• Modernize SAS data management and systems administration.
• Oversee data tools to improve integrity and streamline processes.
• Develop evidence-based policies and compliance protocols.
