Job summary

The Director will lead two Assistant Directors and a Testing and Accommodation Coordinator, ensuring compliance with ADA/504/508 and coordinating university-wide training and outreach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA/504/508 in higher education.
• Ability to read/interpret assessment materials for accommodations.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive student support system for students with disabilities.
• Develop and monitor care plans for students of concern.
• Lead and evaluate Assistant Directors and coordinators; provide guidance on policies.
• Maintain data systems for tracking accommodations and reporting.
