Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Director of Strategy and Transformation to partner with the CEO and executive teams on growth, portfolio, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The role focuses on shaping corporate strategy, evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, and new business opportunities, and driving programs from strategy through execution.

The position offers exposure to high-impact priorities with growth opportunities and a clear path for development within the Strategy & Transformation team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate development.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and accelerate growth strategies with senior leaders.
• Lead portfolio strategy, brand valuation, and performance monitoring across brands.
• Support M&A and corporate development including target scans, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Create financial models to evaluate transformation initiatives and ROI.
• Drive cross-functional execution plans with clear milestones and accountability.
• Communicate industry trends and opportunities to leadership teams.
• Manage expectations and build trust with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and R&D.
• Lead complex programs from idea to implementation with risk mitigation.
