You are not just planning campaigns—you are designing the operating model that governs how signals translate into creative decisions and how media dollars convert into measurable growth. You will serve as the performance architect across key accounts, responsible for designing and governing the systems that connect signal, audience, creative, media, and measurement into a cohesive growth engine. This role moves precision from reactive optimization to proactive orchestration that defines how campaigns must be structured before activation begins. The right candidate must have a solid understanding of the digital media landscape, know how to translate consumer insights into actionable targeting and creative strategies, and be comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
R14883 Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
