Job summary

Levy, member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director, Strategy & Analytics for Barclays Center in New York. Lead analytics insights for operators and partners, shaping decisions with senior leaders and driving financial analysis, pricing, and technology initiatives across hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quantitative, analytical consulting or client-facing roles.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Education in business analytics, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience using data visualization tools to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in data-driven pricing or yield management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal analytics partner to senior client and Levy leadership.
• Own the analytical view of the venue, including configuration and technology roadmap.
• Develop and deploy pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium points.
• Drive pricing strategies across concessions, premium, and retail to maximize revenue.
• Develop reporting standards (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks).
• Translate guest insights into actionable recommendations with operators and partners.
• Analyze labor and cost of sales management; support AI initiatives for forecasting and pricing.
