Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of beverage management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer programs.
• Experience with inventory management systems and cost controls.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe, alcohol service certification).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute beverage programs across all service areas.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing agreements.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
