Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain, procurement or related leadership roles.
• Experience with FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 12 contracting.
• Knowledge of import/export requirements and compliance.
• Experience supporting new product programs and scaling supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP implementation or tool deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain organization across procurement and subcontracts.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with programs.
• Mature the organization through talent development and process discipline.
