Job summary

The role leads all aspects of the acquisition process from proposal to program execution and drives strategic sourcing to align with business goals. The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance, lead a diverse team of supply chain professionals, and develop strong supplier relationships while ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 10+ years; in lieu of degree, 16 years experience accepted.
• Requires 5 years of Supply Chain experience and 5 years of Subcontracts experience.
• Experience with EVMS and A&D is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process fromProposal through program award and execution.
• Analyze markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals.
• Manage BU cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet customer and corporate objectives.
