You will oversee a 3+ person team, drive supplier strategy, negotiate strategic agreements, ensure early supply chain involvement in proposals, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, plus 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
Experience leading supply chain teams and improving cost/schedule/technical performance.
Strong negotiation, supplier management and contract oversight skills.

Responsibilities

Obtain security clearance eligibility and lead a 3+ person team.
Succession planning and talent development within the division.
Collaborate with Contracts, PM, Engineering and Operations for early supply chain involvement.
Identify strategic suppliers and drive performance against cost/schedule/technical goals.
Develop and execute Design for Supply Chain (DfSC) and resiliency initiatives.
Travel about 20% to support program needs.
