Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in a technical or advisory role.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executives.
• Experience scoping and managing multi-party engagements and partnerships.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Risk, IT, and business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to build frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to identify opportunities.
• Source, diligence, and evaluate startups aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Lead PoC engagements and pilot programs with measurable value.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Legal, Risk, Procurement, InfoSec, and Compliance.
• Develop project plans, success metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with NYL Ventures investment team on sourcing and portfolio value.
• Represent NYL Ventures at events and thought leadership activities.
