Job summary

LogicSource is seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing – Corporate Services to lead and manage complex HR/Benefits sourcing initiatives. You will own end-to-end RFPs, drive cost reductions, and build a scalable Benefits practice, partnering with client stakeholders to deliver measurable savings and supplier performance.

You will engage across the Center of Excellence, lead negotiations, and develop innovative sourcing strategies in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–15 years in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with HR & Benefits focus.
• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and leading large-scale events.
• Strong supplier negotiation and client-facing skills.
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders at all levels in a services environment.
• Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience driving change management and cross-functional alignment.
• Knowledge of supplier ecosystems for Marketing categories.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with ability to influence and deliver against client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex strategic sourcing engagements across HR and Benefits.
• Develop and execute a Benefits sourcing program with defined offerings.
• Build and scale Benefits practice within Corporate Services with SOPs.
• Own end-to-end RFP process from data gathering to contracting.
• Lead supplier evaluations using TCO modeling and value engineering.
• Drive cost-reduction strategies beyond unit price negotiations.
• Analyze spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and supplier ecosystems.
• Provide superior customer service and stay informed on market trends.
• Communicate effectively across client business units and suppliers.
