Job summary

LogicSource is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Sourcing Facilities - Healthcare to own facilities strategy planning and end-to-end sourcing for a defined Healthcare account portfolio within our Center of Excellence. You will ensure continuity, cost savings, and timely delivery aligned with the Senior Director's strategy.

You will lead a team of sourcing professionals, manage RFPs, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional client engagement, building strong executive relationships

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Own Facilities strategy planning and sourcing delivery for Healthcare accounts.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and client award decisions.
• Manage a team of sourcing professionals and mentor on strategy, quality assurance, and performance.
