Job summary

LogicSource is a premier sourcing and procurement partner. We lead complex HR and Benefits sourcing programs, delivering cost savings, supplier performance, and value-driven results for Fortune 500 clients. This role requires steering end-to-end sourcing events and building cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, apply advanced analytics, and shape a scalable Benefits practice within Corporate Services. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with HR & Benefits focus.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and running large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong supplier negotiation background.
• Experience interfacing with clients across levels, esp. services industries.
• Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Benefits strategic sourcing across client engagements.
• Develop and scale Benefits sourcing practice within Corporate Services.
• Own end-to-end RFP processes including data gathering, proposals, and negotiations.
• Apply TCO modeling to supplier evaluations and savings projections.
• Drive value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives beyond unit price.
