LogicSource is a dynamic leader in sourcing and procurement services, serving Fortune 500 clients with a data-driven approach. The Center of Excellence team drives strategic HR and Benefits sourcing programs to deliver cost savings and supplier performance across client engagements.

We seek a Director, Strategic Sourcing – Corporate Services with 10–15 years of indirect procurement experience to lead end-to-end sourcing programs, build best practices, and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–15 years of indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in HR & Benefits.
• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations.
• Experience in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a Benefits sourcing program across client industry groups.
• Build and scale Benefits practice within Corporate Services with standardized processes.
• Engage with client stakeholders to identify priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
• Own end-to-end RFP process including data gathering, development, evaluation, and contracting.
• Lead evaluations of supplier proposals using TCO modeling.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies beyond unit price negotiations.
• Lead research and analytics to validate savings projections and negotiation outcomes.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor spend, supplier performance, and savings targets by category.
• Build relationships across organizational levels, including C-suite.
