Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager to build relationships across the system and drive sourcing efficiencies. You will manage multiple commodities, lead RFI/RFP processes, and negotiate contracts.

Strong analytics, change management, and executive communication are essential. You will lead a team including a Sourcing Manager and report to Strategic Sourcing leadership to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing projects and build stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Prioritize projects for assigned commodities, lead RFI and RFP processes, lead negotiations and ensure contract completion.
• Provide ongoing communication to Supply Chain leadership and stakeholders on activities and status.
• Develop vendor management strategy and performance scorecard.
