Job summary

You will guide complex negotiations with Legal, manage the full sourcing lifecycle across healthcare categories, and present recommendations to clients and leadership.

You will rely on market intelligence, financial analysis, and strong judgment to influence outcomes, while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement.
Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms.
Expertise supporting capital budgeting or procurement initiatives is preferred.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiation of complex contract terms and structure innovative solutions.
Partner with Legal to draft and validate contract language for accuracy and risk mitigation.
Manage the full sourcing lifecycle from opportunity assessment to implementation.
Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis and market trends.
Identify cost-savings initiatives based on financial analysis and market intelligence.
Oversee contract maintenance, amendments, renewals, and performance monitoring.
Present updates and recommendations to clients and leadership.
Build strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate strategies clearly to executive-level audiences.
