Qualifications

• Drafts, negotiates, and executes contracts for assigned categories.
• Drives cost reductions by standardizing products and services.
• Leads RFPs for new or existing products and services.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, negotiates, and executes contracts for assigned categories. Compares these categories to industry trends and market standards.
• Drives performance to achieve yearly cost reductions by standardizing products and seeking the best costs.
• Participates in and/or manages RFPs for new or existing products and services.
• Ensures pricing is accurate in the system to enable automated buying.
• Partners with cross-functional teams on contract negotiations and compliance.
• Reviews supplier change requests and assesses risk for protection of interests.
• Monitors market information and benchmarking to inform contract strategy.
