The Senior Sales Leader will recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, drive forecast accuracy, manage multi-million-dollar deals, and collaborate across product, marketing, and security teams to expand license revenue and customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic SaaS sales experience delivering $1M+ deals.
• 3+ years leading sales teams with a track record of quota attainment.
• Executive presence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to exceed quotas and grow license revenue.
• Oversee forecasting, POC processes, and contract negotiations.
