Job summary

Enerflex is seeking a Director of Project Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for Major Projects & Engineering Services. You will lead Project Managers across a portfolio of complex EPC projects, ensuring governance, customer delivery, and profitable outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in project management, finance, risk, and cross-functional teamwork with multiple departments to deliver safe, compliant projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive project management, engineering, operations, or commercial experience in engineered equipment, EPC, energy infrastructure, oil and gas.
• Experience leading Project Managers and cross-functional teams on complex projects or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management organization with workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Provide governance and executive oversight for a portfolio of complex projects from handover to closeout.
• Own portfolio-level visibility for margin protection, cash flow, and forecast accuracy; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Build trusted customer relationships and coordinate across regional and functional teams to meet portfolio priorities.
