Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of people leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver enterprise-level initiatives, cultivating high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee, plan, monitor and manage risks while allocating resources for multiple projects from conception through implementation.
• Define and implement Spectrum Business's program management strategy, governance model and best practices.
• Partner with executives to set priorities, approve business cases and align projects with corporate strategy.
• Drive resource planning, capacity management and organizational impact in partnership with executive leadership.
• Serve as executive sponsor for critical programs, ensuring support and accountability across the organization.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments and senior leadership to achieve project objectives within budget and established success parameters.
