Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, managing and monitoring projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operational details for all assigned projects, building consensus among stakeholders to achieve successful implementation.
• Support the establishment of project management processes and methodologies to meet expectations for quality, budget and deadlines.
• Meet with internal customers to provide status updates, gather feedback and report on project progress.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance and service levels to ensure goals are met.
• Gather data and prepare reports covering project estimates, status and other management needs.
• Perform additional duties as requested to support project management efforts.
