About The Role

This high-profile Director, New Program Development role will be responsible for creating new primary service offerings for franchisee brokers and agents. The candidate will collaborate with franchisee and operational leaders to develop revenue-generating or cost-offset services like mortgage, insurance, and transaction coordination. Experience in corporate strategy and new product/service development, along with go-to-market planning, is essential.

This senior, individual contributor position reports to the SVP, Growth at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Development: Design new integrated services for franchisees, focusing on revenue-generating (insurance, mortgage) or cost-saving (transaction coordination, back-office services) offerings. Develop sustainable business models leveraging our competitive advantages.
  2. Thoughtful Implementation: Partner with operations leaders to ensure feasibility and successful launch. Use a test-and-learn approach, piloting and refining offerings before full rollout.
  3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute market analysis, positioning, and competitive strategies aligned with business priorities.
  4. Collaborative Leadership: Work with internal and external cross-functional teams, including franchise and operations leaders, to prioritize and develop impactful services.
  5. Metrics & Feedback: Monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and establish rapid feedback loops throughout pilot phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years in strategy, program & service development, or management consulting roles.
  • Experience in developing and launching new services or lines of business.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills in competitive dynamics and financial data to inform market positioning and product success.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, partnering with operations and sales teams to optimize offerings.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and agile project management tools.
  • No industry-specific experience required; experience in franchising or service businesses is a plus.
