Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 8–10 years in procurement or related field.
• Or High School Diploma with 12–14 years of experience in procurement/sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise procurement strategy aligned with financial and operational objectives.
• Manage an enterprise sourcing pipeline and cost optimization roadmap.
• Lead category management across major areas of spend.
• Oversee supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Track and report procurement savings and value realization with Finance.
• Drive supplier relationships, performance, and risk management.
• Champion governance, policies, and procurement standards across the enterprise.
• Lead procurement technology, automation, and analytics initiatives.
