Job summary

Community Health Options is seeking a Director of the PMO & Business Integration to align the project portfolio with strategic goals and drive cross-functional execution. You will oversee enterprise initiatives, establish governance, and ensure changes are adopted across the business.

This leadership role integrates PMO, business analysis, configurations, and vendor management to improve processes, vendor performance, and operational efficiency for health plan operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management and/or PMO experience.
• 5+ years of Vendor Management or Procurement experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the health insurance industry and related processes.
• Experience leading teams and communicating with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and align the project portfolio with strategic goals across the enterprise.
• Establish governance, methodologies, and reporting for programs and projects.
• Drive cross-functional integration and vendor management activities.
• Ensure project outcomes are adopted and sustained within the company.
