Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead our premier fundraising and engagement events, expanding donor relationships and community awareness of our mission.

The role oversees large-scale signature events and builds strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors, foundations, and community leaders, ensuring events are mission-centered, financially successful, and aligned with fundraising priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional event planning experience.
• Minimum three years in fundraising experience.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge CRM for donor records and activity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for the agency's largest fundraising and stewardship events.
• Serve as liaison to event committees to advance sponsorship and philanthropic objectives.
• Plan and evaluate a comprehensive events strategy to meet fundraising targets.
• Lead event management including budgets, timelines, vendors, sponsorships, volunteers, and post-event reporting.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors and community stakeholders.
• Supervise 1–4 staff; recruit, onboard, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain donor and event records in Raiser's Edge and ensure data accuracy.
