Catholic Charities Boston seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven Senior Director of Major Gift and Capital Giving to lead multi-year fundraising strategies and expand major and leadership giving. You will personally manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors and collaborate with a team to drive transformational philanthropy.

This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking, donor cultivation, and the ability to guide campaigns and long-term engagement while partnering with Board members

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of fundraising or development experience.
• Proven success managing a portfolio of major and high-net-worth donors.
• Experience securing major, multi-year, and transformational gifts.
• Experience across multiple fundraising streams including annual, capital, planned giving, and events.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement multi-year strategies to grow major, leadership, and transformational giving.
• Foster a results-oriented, collaborative team culture with high-level donor engagement.
• Provide strategic direction to grow the major gifts portfolio and align plans with priorities.
• Lead major giving initiatives including capital campaigns, project-based fundraising, and endowment growth.
• Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Develop long-term engagement plans for existing and prospective donors and track progress.
