Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• MBA in Strategy or Operations preferred.
• 10–14 years in corporate strategy or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting C‑suite and Board interactions.

Responsibilities

• Refine, operationalize, and execute DAIO strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Translate long-term strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Develop OKRs, KPIs, and scorecards aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Prepare executive materials for CEO reviews and board meetings.
• Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
