Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for strategic leadership.
• Proven track record collaborating with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize DAIO strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Develop OKRs, KPIs, and executive scorecards aligned to priorities.
• Prepare executive materials for CEO-level reviews and board materials.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear execution plans and governance.
• Synthesize external insights with internal data to guide decisions.
